I’m Yasuri Mayari. Cuban-born, raised in Spain, living in Mérida since 2023.
Three years of that work is what I now offer as a service.
Before launching Yasuri Mayari Consulting, I spent years in the natural cosmetics sector: first in Spain, building and distributing brands. Then in Mexico, where I founded Ecolujo Lifestyle México, a natural cosmetics import and distribution company, and VULVA & VOZ, a feminine intimate health brand.
In 2022, I took on the exclusive Mexico distribution rights for Lip Intimate Care — a Swedish organic intimate care brand. No playbook. No precedent. I navigated COFEPRIS, adapted the labeling, built the gynecologist network in Mérida from scratch, and created the distribution structure the brand now operates on.
I also work with Mexican women founders who are building natural brands — because I’ve been exactly where they are, and I know what’s actually stopping them. It’s rarely the product.

Vine a México en 2023 con una empresa de distribución de cosmética natural y una marca de cuidado íntimo femenino. Desde entonces he aprendido cómo funciona el mercado mexicano desde adentro — no desde un informe, sino desde conversaciones reales con distribuidores, ginecólogas, tiendas naturistas y fundadoras que construyen marcas pequeñas con recursos reales.
Trabajo con fundadoras mexicanas porque sé qué obstaculiza el crecimiento de una marca natural en México. Casi nunca es el producto. Es el pricing, el canal, o la falta de estructura comercial.
